Before Your Appointment
Paperwork
Our front desk assistant Julie will email you your paperwork, or you can download it from our website. Then fill it out, scan it and email it back to us or bring it into your appointment. We also will have you complete a COVID questionnaire that asks if you are experiencing any symptoms consistent with the virus.[/tab]
Phone consultation
Dr. Brian likes to do a consultation phone call before his patients arrive. He does so to understand more about your particular concern. “Just bring yourself and your complaints and let’s figure it out,” he said.[/tab][/tabs]
Your First Visit
This initial appointment consists of the following:
- A consultation to discuss what’s brought you in
- Taking your health history
- Orthopaedic or neurological evaluations
- X-rays, if needed
Dr. Brian also will ask you what goals you hope to achieve through our care. You also will likely receive a chiropractic adjustment at this visit.
Please allow 30 to 45 minutes for the first appointment.
